What is called hate speech is a flagrant and derogatory street campaign aimed at inciting ethnic discrimination as well as breeding nationalistic hatred and vitriol.
It fans ethnic sentiment and should be banned and eliminated.
いわゆるヘイトスピーチとは、民族主義的な嫌悪や憎悪を生むとともに人種差別の増長を狙った悪辣かつ侮辱的な街頭キャンペーンのことである。
それは民族感情を煽るもので、禁止され排除されるべきだ。
Needless to say, however, the government must not restrict legitimate street campaigns with civility.
しかしながら、政府が礼儀正しく合法的な街頭キャンペーンまでも制限してはならないことは言うまでもない。
