Terrorism can not be condoned, but...

We must be unbending in stamping out such despicable terrorism in the wake of the siege which came to a bloody end. We offer our sincere condolences to the victims of the incident. Although terrorism can not be condoned, a question arises over the ways of attack launched by the Algerian forces without any notice in advance, which ended in a bloodbath.
