What is a savior for Japanese economy？

As Japan's sucking up of LNG has skyrocketed, and LNG producers are cashing in by charging "Japan premium",  Japanese public and private sectors should team up to ensure the procurement of shale gas, which might be a savior,  and lower LNG prices.
