Futenma issue and territorial disputes

As Former Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama threw the issue of relocating functions of the U.S. Marine Corps off course, and knocked Japan's diplomacy into a serious tailspin, China, South Korea, and Russia tried to knock Japan off balances over territorial problems, as though availing themselves of the mixed up. The Futenma issue is now heading into a crucial stretch, so the Japanese government must mobilize all of its wisdom to solve it.
